How long does he take to inflate?
|

About
a minute. Just plug him in and watch him grow. |
What
are the precise dimensions?
|
|
In the box, Santa and Snowman are 30 x 29 x 25
cm and weigh 4.1kg / 9 lb.
Inflated, Santa is 8'8 / 2.6m high, 5'2 / 1.6m
wide, and 3'4 / 1.0m from front to back. Snowman is 8'2 / 2.5m high,
4'10 / 1.5m wide, and 3'8 / 1.1m from front to back.

Do
they require assembling?
|
|
Not really. The legs on the base need to be folded
out. But you have to make sure Santa is firmly secured to the ground
with the stakes and guy-ropes provided. That's it.

| Are
they tested? |
|
We test every Santa before despatch to see that
he's working, and that all components are included. Although we
take great care, this is why it will appear as though your box has
been opened.

| How
do they work? |
|
There's a fan in the base which blows air as long
as Santa is plugged in.

| PROBLEMS |

Santa looks slightly different than the one in your photo gallery. |
|
The photos are of the 2003 Santa and Snowman. For 2004, the manufacturer
has made some small changes, for example Snowman now has a carrot
for a nose, rather than an orange bobble. Essentially, they are
the same, but forgive us if they don't entirely match.

of my lights has blown. |
|
Some spare bulbs are included with every inflatable.
With the power off, unzip the back, find the light string, and replace
the faulty bulb. Obvioulsy, make sure the power is off first!

| He
keeps on blowing over. |
|
Make sure he's tethered from all points:
- the four feet are staked to the ground
- the waist-height rope rings have the nylon
cords attached, and that the cords are then then tied to a secure
nearby object, e.g. a drainpipe, or the ground stakes.
If he still blows over, then deflate him until
it's less windy.

| How
long for delivery? |
|
A few days. We are super-efficient
and pass your order to Parcelforce the day after ordering. We use
the 48 hr service. Unfortunately, Parcelforce do not normally deliver
/ collect Saturday. If you need Saturday delivery, call us on 020
8527 2513 to arrange this.
Somebody has to be home to receive the package
otherwise the postman will put a card through your door. If Santa
doesn't arrive promptly, contact
us and we will yell at the Parcelforce and if necessary, send
a replacement.
European orders (outside the UK) go via the Parcelforce
Euro 48 service. Despite it's name, this takes 2- 4 days to arrive.

| What
about Christmas delivery? |
|
Order by noon on Dec 21st, and you will have it by Dec 24th.
|
| They're
a gift. I want to send them to a friend. |
|
No
problem. There's boxes at the end of the order form for this. Type
the delivery name and address in the first box, followed by your message
in the next box. If you want it to arrive on your friend's birthday,
give us a date in the third box. The message will be printed on the
back of a gift tag. Remember to put your name at the end of the message
- if you want your friend to know who it's from. |

secure is your website? I don't just type my credit card details into
any old website. |

Extremely
secure. The Giant Santa website doesn't actually collect your payment
details. After taking your order details, we hand you over to our
payment partner World
